We routinely check each property address with both the local police department and the healthcare facility's Human Resource Department or another management representative of the healthcare facility, to verify the acceptability of the housing location. We use Internet mapping services to confirm the reported information on commute time and distance.

We routinely rent units in properties that offer you full amenities such as pool, spa, and exercise facility. Availability of such amenities depends upon general housing availability in your assignment location.
