Share your positive experience of working with National Healthcare Staffing and help our network of traveling nurses grow. For each referral nurse that signs on and completes his or her assignment, you will receive up to $1,000 – our way of saying thank you!
Here's how it works:
- Refer a new traveler to National Healthcare Staffing using our online form or contact your Recruiter.
- You will be eligible for a $1,000 "Thank You Gift" provided you are also on assignment with National at the time; otherwise you will receive a $500 "Thank You Gift".
- Your referral can also contact us directly, and give your name and information as the referrer either on their application or over the phone.
- If you qualify to receive the "Thank You Gift" while you are working on assignment with National Healthcare Staffing, you will receive it automatically through your current payroll.
- If you qualify for the "Thank You Gift" but are not working on an assignment with National Healthcare Staffing at that time, you will be contacted to confirm your address before payment is mailed.
Referral Bonus Rules and Eligibility
- Referrals can be submitted by you online using our online form, or by a new traveler who identifies you as their referrer when applying.
- To be eligible for the referral bonus, the referred candidate must be a new contact for National Healthcare Staffing (i.e. never employed by National Healthcare Staffing or an affiliated company).
- If you are a current traveler with us, make sure we have your correct contact information in our records so we can reward you for your referrals. If you are not a current traveler, make sure you or your referral submits your complete contact information so we know how to reach you.
- To qualify for the referral bonus, the name and contact information for both you and your referral needs to be included on the application or referral form.
- You will earn a bonus of $1,000 for each Registered Nurse you refer that completes a full 13-week assignment with National Healthcare Staffing (a full assignment requires that the referral work a minimum of 468 hours based on 36 hour work week or 520 hours for a 40 work week and meet all contract requirements) provided you are also working at the time of your referral’s assignment end date.
- In a case of “reciprocal referring” (two new candidates applying and referring each other), only one referral bonus will be paid, to be split between the travelers.
